Arrival and departure

We can guarantee that the rooms are ready for your arrival from 3 p.m. If it is ready before then, you may check in earlier. You are welcome to leave your luggage at the reception and use our free parking at any time.

The room is available to you until 11:00 a.m. on the day of departure.

You are welcome to check-in at any time. Our hotel has a 24-hour, 7-day reception. Please only let us know if your arrival is later than 8.00 pm or ealier than 3.00 pm.

You can book a “late check out”. The room is then available to you until 3 p.m. We charge 20,00€ for this service.

You are welcome to leave your luggage with us at the reception for a few hours – whether on arrival or departure.

Hotel general questions

Yes, you can enter our Telecom-Hotspot in your room and in the lobby. A password is not necessary. Please note that the Internet is not suitable for fast or large data transmission.

You can pay at departure with VISA Card, Master Card, EC Card, Maestro or in cash.

Yes, with prior reservation. In all rooms we can set up a crib free of charge (children up to 3 years are free of charge). n the apartments we can also make an extra bed for older children or a 3rd person. (Up to 12 years 10,00€/child/night without breakfast and from 13 years 20,00€/person/night without breakfast).

Yes, on request we will be happy to provide you with a crib free of charge.

We charge 10,00€ per day per dog. Please tell us before your arrival if you are traveling with a dog. Not all rooms are pet friendly.

For larger groups or conferences, the agreed deadlines apply. For single bookings (max. 2 rooms) you can cancel your room free of charge up to 1 day before arrival. If your cancellation is already within the stated deadlines, we will sell the room(s) to someone else.

Yes, on the terrace in front of the restaurant and in front of the entrance doors of the hotel. Please note that smoking inside the room or at the windows is not allowed and will be prosecuted with 130,00 € cleaning fee.

Yes, that is possible – either send the document by e-mail to reservierung@hotel-stadthafen-stade.de or give us a USB stick at the reception.

Yes, our hotel has a lift for all floors.

A small, private party with background music in the harbour lounge is possible. To orginaze such an event, please contact us directly.

All flats on the top floor, our lobby as well as our event-rooms have air conditioning.

Yes, we have a selection of card and board games at the reception.

Yes, it is possible to sit together in various seating areas in the lobby or at the reception area or, for larger groups, the harbour lounge, which be booked for the evening.

Yes, stamps are available at the reception. We also have postcards. If you wish, we can also take your mail to the nearest post box.

Rooms and apartments

The rooms do not have a balcony. Only the apartments on the top floor have a balcony.

Yes, there is a hair dryer in the room.

In the categories of superior, barrier-free rooms and in the apartments there is a coffee machine and a kettle. If you will be staying in a different category, you are welcome to book a tea and coffee set at an additional cost.

All rooms are at ground level, with an exeption inside the bathroom with an approx. 10-15 cm high step into shower.

Yes, one of our rooms is accesable for disabled people. To book this room, please contact us directly.

All flats on the top floor, our lobby as well as our event-rooms have air conditioning.

All the superior romms have a minibar-fridge and all the apartmens have a small kitchen including a fridge. The fridges are not filled. However, you can get drinks and small snacks at the reception for a fee.

Food and drink

It is possible to book breakfast as a hotel guest (€ 17.00/person/day). A “very” spontaneous booking, like in the morning befor said breakfast, is also possible. Breakfast then costs € 23.00/person and must be paid for directly in the restaurant.

Breakfast is served from Monday to Friday at 6.30 a.m. to 10.00 a.m. and on Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays from 7.00 a.m. to 11.00 a.m.

The “Aloha” is open daily from 4 p.m. The restaurant is closed on Mondays.

As a hotel guest, you are welcome to invite your friends or family to breakfast. However, be sure to speak to reception in advance (€ 23.00/guest/day, must be paid directly in the restaurant)

Yes, this possible for any food prefrences – we only need the information about your sensitivities before arrival.

Yes, at the reception is a small selection of drinks and snacks accesable to you at any given time.

Car, bicycles and e-bike

Yes, we have a very large parking lot right in front of the hotelentrace. Parking is free for our hotel guests and our restaurant guests can park for 3 hours free of charge.

Yes, there is. You are welcome to store und charge your biclecle in our lockeable bike-room. Please note – the hotel is not liable for damage to the bike nor theft.

Yes, you can easily charge them directly in the bike room. There are no charges for charging.

The historic citycenter is right in front of our house. You can easily walk to it in 8 minutes.

Yes, we have 5 e-bikes in the house. These can be reserved in advance or used at short notice, depending on availability (daily booking € 35.00/bike)

The bike room is always locked and only our hotel guests have access to it. Regardless – the hotel is not liable for damages to the bike or theft.

No – we have plenty of free parking spaces at the hotel. These are also free of charge for our hotel guests.

Please drive in front of the hotel first and check in. With your room card, you can then easily drive into our car park (car park 1). If this parkinglot is full, please park in the public car park (car park 2) and take a parking ticket. and take a parking ticket. If you wish to leave the car park (car park 2) again, please have the parking ticket validated by reception first. Then you have 15 minutes from the time of validation to the exit the parkinglot.
