The air-conditioned flat is about 50 square metres and is suitable for one to two people. From the corner flat you have an unobstructed view over the Hanseatic city of Stade and of the harbour from above. You enter the flat via a separate hallway that connects the rooms and the bath. In the hallway, next to the kitchenette, there is a wardrobe, a cupboard and a large mirror. The living room has a workstation with desk, a sofa bed with side table, a reading chair as well as a dining table with 2 chairs and a large flat screen TV. The kitchenette has a sink, a 2 plate cooker, a refrigerator with freezer compartment, a microwave, a kettle and a coffee capsule machine. In the bedroom, you will find a large bed, a large flat-screen TV, a suitcase rack and a wardrobe with safe. The beds have an extra topper of the current generation, which makes the night’s rest even more comfortable. You have free Wi-Fi throughout and from both rooms you can access the balcony with seating via a step. The whirlpool (to be booked separately) “just for you” promises relaxing moments and a real rest high above Stade.

The windows can be opened and, if desired, darkened with a curtain. The daylight bathroom with window has a bathtub with rain shower, a hairdryer and a radiator. The flat is located on the third floor and can be reached comfortably and barrier-free by lift.
